Refund Policy

IJP sells digital Android apps, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and digital app features through Apps by IJP.

Payments may be processed either directly by IJP or through a third-party merchant of record, app store, or payment processor.

Because these are digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase, in-app purchases and subscriptions are generally not available for trial and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

A refund may be considered in limited cases, including:

  • the purchased entitlement was not granted or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue;
  • a genuinely accidental purchase was made;
  • the purchase was duplicated unintentionally;
  • another exceptional issue occurred that prevents fair use of the purchased feature.

For any refund concern, contact dev@ijp.app first with the purchase email, product or app name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. IJP will review the request and, where a refund is approved, will guide or initiate the refund through the appropriate payment channel.

Please do not open a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting dev@ijp.app. Most entitlement, accidental purchase, and duplicate purchase issues can be reviewed faster through direct support.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Requests are more likely to be accepted when they are made soon after purchase and when the purchased feature has not been used extensively. Refunds may be declined if significant time has passed, if the entitlement was delivered and used, or if the request appears abusive.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
