IJP is operated by a solo indie developer. Messages are reviewed directly, and a reply is normally sent as soon as practical.

What to include

• The app name.
• The email address used for the purchase or subscription, if relevant.
• A short description of the issue.
• For refund requests, include the purchase date, order ID or receipt reference, and whether the purchase was accidental or an entitlement was not granted.

For privacy-related requests, do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to identify the account or request.
