CoverViews is made by an indie developer. Your privacy is respected and terms & services are simple.

Accessibility Service Permission

CoverViews needs the Accessibility Service permission to display web content on your cover screen:

Why is this needed?
• Display your favorite websites on the cover screen
• Keep cover screen content live and up-to-date
• Seamlessly render web content on your flippable’s cover display

Privacy Note:
• We don’t collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
• This permission is used solely to display your web content on the cover screen.

Important: The accessibility service itself does not collect any data. The app separately collects analytics and crash data as listed below in the “What’s collected and processed” section.

What’s collected and processed:

1. Crash & error reports – only so I can fix bugs and make the app better.

2. Basic app usage info – helps me understand which features are useful.

3. Firebase Analytics data – tracks your app usage to improve your experience.

4. Firebase Crashlytics data – crash reports and error data to help fix bugs faster.

5. Device IDs – needed for app integrity and license verifications. Additionally, Google AdMob uses this ID to serve ads.

6. Email – only if you subscribe to the developer newsletter or purchase Support Dev Pack.
