These Terms and Conditions are issued by IJP, the legal business name behind Apps by IJP. IJP is operated by a solo indie developer. In these Terms, “IJP” refers to the developer and digital products published under Apps by IJP.
IJP publishes Android apps, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and digital app features. By downloading, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any Apps by IJP product, you agree to use the product responsibly and only where permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
Apps by IJP are tested on a variety of devices and situations, but it is not possible for a solo indie developer to cover every device, operating system version, configuration, or edge case. The apps and digital features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law. You use the apps at your own risk.
Some products may require device permissions, accessibility features, notification access, overlays, or other Android capabilities to function. The app-specific privacy policy or product page explains the relevant permissions where applicable.
Payments may be processed either directly by IJP or through a third-party merchant of record, app store, or payment processor. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
